Barry K. Newman is a founding member of the Criminal Defense Law Firm of Newman & Oldwin.  Mr. Newman is a native Californian with over 25 years of legal practice experience. He is a dedicated criminal defense trial lawyer who takes prides in being an active participant of the legal community.  Mr. Newman has been rated by fellow attorneys as a highly ethical.  His legal ability has been rated very high.

Mr. Newman is a member of the adjunct faculty at California State University, Sacramento, teaching law related courses.  He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1982.  Mr. Newman is a member of the Solano County Bar Association, the California Attorneys For Criminal Justice, and the California Public Defenders Association.
